Chauffeur-driven vehicle rental for NGOs and organizations in Guinea
For a UN agency, an international NGO or a diplomatic mission, choosing a transport provider in Guinea is not primarily a question of price. It is a question of administrative compliance, security and traceability — three areas where the local market is very uneven.
Diatigui was built for this clientele. Our invoicing, vehicle-verification and driver-selection procedures are aligned with what these organizations' procurement and security teams require.

Administrative compliance: what we provide
Many missions cannot commit spend without these. They are standard with us, not exceptional:
- a formal quote before any service, detailing mileage, fuel and per diem;
- a compliant invoice with TIN, VAT reference and sequential numbering, exportable as PDF;
- handling of VAT exemptions and purchase orders;
- payment by bank transfer at 30 or 60 days by agreement — cash payment is not a condition;
- vehicle and driver documents auditable on request by your finance department.
Security: what your procedures require, what we apply
Our drivers work regularly with teams under strict security rules, and we apply them by default:
- no night driving on intercity routes;
- any run over eight hours split into two stages;
- insurance and roadworthiness checked before every up-country mission;
- second spare wheel, first-aid kit and fire extinguisher on board for long missions;
- driver reachable throughout the mission, with situation updates on request.
Contracting formats
We work both on a one-off basis and under framework agreements. The most common formats among our institutional clients are a monthly vehicle-and-driver assignment for a project manager, a fixed-term up-country mission package, and an annual framework agreement with an agreed rate card and monthly invoicing.
For tenders we provide, on request, the company's full administrative file and references from comparable missions.

A driver meets you at Conakry airport
Whatever time you land, your driver greets you in the arrivals hall of Ahmed Sékou Touré airport, name board in hand, and takes you straight to your accommodation. The transfer can be added to any vehicle rental or booked on its own.

Do you accept payment by transfer at 60 days?
Yes, it is the main settlement method for our institutional clients. We issue the quote before the service and the compliant invoice after, with TIN, VAT and sequential numbering. Cash payment is not a condition of service.
Do you handle VAT exemptions?
Yes. Many UN agencies and NGOs are exempt or operate under purchase orders: both cases are built into our invoicing chain rather than handled as exceptions.
Do your drivers know organizations' security procedures?
Yes, that is the core of our business. No night driving on intercity routes, staged journeys beyond eight hours, drivers reachable at all times and situation updates on request. We apply these by default, without being asked.
Can you respond to a tender?
Yes. On request we provide the company's full administrative file, the rate card, vehicle documents and references from comparable missions in Guinea.
