Data we collect
When you send a quote request we collect what you enter: your name, contact details (email, telephone), organization, dates and the nature of your need. If you create an account, we also store your email address and an encrypted authentication token. No payment data is collected on this site.
What we use it for
Solely to handle your request: to prepare a quote, reply to you, and follow up the assignment or the stay, then to issue the invoice and keep the accounting records the law requires. Your data is never sold, and never passed to a third party for commercial purposes.
Who processes it
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. (United States), serves the site. Our database and authentication run on Supabase, hosted in the European Union (Paris region). Both act as processors on our instructions and have no right to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for as long as accounting obligations require, then deleted. An account you no longer use is deleted on request, immediately.
Cookies
The site uses a technical cookie for your language preference, a cookie for your currency preference, and — if you log in — a session cookie. Your favourites are stored in your browser's local storage and never reach our servers. There is no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker on this site.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@diatigui.com. We reply within thirty days. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, in a readable format.
