Data we collect
When you send a booking request we collect what you enter: your name, contact details (email, telephone), organization, dates and the nature of your need. If you create an account, we also store your email address and an encrypted authentication token. No payment data is collected on this site.
What we use it for
Solely to handle your request: to prepare a quote, reply to you by email or WhatsApp — which you agree to when sending the request — and follow up the assignment or the stay, then to issue the invoice and keep the accounting records the law requires. Your data is never sold, and never passed to a third party for commercial purposes.
Who processes it
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. (United States), serves the site. Our database and authentication run on Supabase, hosted in the European Union (Paris region). Google Ireland Limited processes audience measurement data, and only if you have accepted it. All three act as processors on our instructions and have no right to use your data for their own purposes.
Professional partners: WhatsApp messages
If you work with us as a housing professional, we keep your name, telephone number and, where provided, email address, so we can ask you about availability when a request comes in. These messages are sent from the Diatigui WhatsApp number through the WhatsApp Business Platform of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which acts as a processor, and only once you have agreed to receive them. They never contain the client's identity or contact details. Reply STOP at any time and no further WhatsApp message will be sent to you; replies you send us are kept with the request they concern.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for as long as accounting obligations require, then deleted. An account you no longer use is deleted on request, immediately.
Cookies
The site uses a technical cookie for your language preference and — if you log in — a session cookie. Your favourites are stored in your browser's local storage and never reach our servers. There is no advertising cookie on this site.
Audience measurement
We use Google Analytics to know which pages are useful and which are not. It only loads if you accept it: as long as you have not answered the banner, no Google script is injected and no measurement cookie is set, and declining loads nothing at all. Measurement is configured without advertising features, without personalised advertising and with IP anonymisation. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for diatigui.com.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to business@diatigui.com. We reply within thirty days. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, in a readable format.
