What is included and what is not
We set the frame in advance so that nothing is discussed mid-month:

Which vehicle to choose for an assignment

At what point does monthly rental pay off?

Is fuel included in the monthly rate?
No, it is billed on top, either actual against receipts or as a fixed allowance, whichever you prefer. Many organizations take the fixed option to simplify accounting.
Will I always have the same driver?
Yes, that is the point of an assignment. If they are away we provide a replacement briefed on your habits and instructions. The vehicle is likewise replaced if it goes off the road.
What if we need to travel up-country during the month?
The up-country mission is priced separately: mileage outside Conakry, the driver's per diem and accommodation. We set those terms in the contract from the start so they never need renegotiating.
