Contact Diatigui
We answer any request within one business hour, in English or French — Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm Conakry time (GMT).
What to send us so the first reply is useful
Most exchanges lose two days to a back-and-forth that a single message could have avoided. Four pieces of information are enough for us to come back with a real quote rather than a price range.
- The dates, even approximate — a three-month stay is not priced like three weeks.
- How many people, and whether there are children: it changes the district as much as the number of bedrooms.
- Whether the invoice goes to an organization, and whether VAT exemption applies.
- For a vehicle: town only, or up-country missions, and whether the driver needs to speak English.
Area served
Furnished housing across Conakry, from Kaloum on the peninsula to the northern districts of the Ratoma commune. Chauffeur-driven vehicles in Conakry and throughout Guinea — Boké, Kamsar, Kindia, Mamou, Labé, Kankan, Siguiri, N'Zérékoré and the Simandou zone.
Invoicing
Compliant quotes and invoices (TIN, VAT), payment by bank transfer, Orange Money or MTN MoMo. VAT exemption cases and international organizations' purchase orders are handled as standard, and invoices can be issued in USD or EUR where your finance department requires it.
Frequently asked questions
How fast do you actually reply?
Within one business hour, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm Conakry time (GMT). Outside those hours, the first thing on the following morning. If a request needs a site visit before we can answer, we say so and give you a time rather than going quiet.
Can you work with a purchase order and a 30- or 60-day payment term?
Yes. That is how most of our work with UN agencies, NGOs and mining companies is done. We issue numbered invoices with our TIN, handle VAT exemption where the organization is entitled to it, and accept bank transfer at 30 or 60 days by agreement.
Do you handle arrivals outside office hours?
Airport pickups are arranged for any flight, including night arrivals — the driver waits inside the terminal with a name board. Tell us the flight number rather than the scheduled time: we track the actual landing.
We need a vehicle and housing for the same mission. One contact?
Yes, and that is the usual case. One point of contact, one quote, one invoice covering both. It is generally what decides a mission setup, more than the unit price.
