- The dates, even approximate — a three-month stay is not priced like three weeks.
- How many people, and whether there are children: it changes the district as much as the number of bedrooms.
- The district or workplace you need to be near, if any: we suggest the closest homes.
- For a vehicle: town only, or up-country missions, and whether the driver needs to speak English.

Do you handle arrivals outside office hours?
Airport pickups are arranged for any flight, including night arrivals — the driver waits inside the terminal with a name board. Tell us the flight number rather than the scheduled time: we track the actual landing.
We need a vehicle and housing for the same mission. One contact?
Yes, and that is the usual case. One point of contact, one quote covering both. It is generally what decides a mission setup, more than the unit price.
