Purpose of the site
diatigui.com presents a curated catalogue of verified serviced housing in Conakry and chauffeur-driven vehicles across Guinea, and lets visitors request a quote. The site is not a transactional platform: no payment is taken on it, and every booking is formed by a written quote and a contract signed off the site.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — texts, editorial photographs, photographs of properties and vehicles, the Diatigui mark and its graphic identity — is protected. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Editorial photographs under a free licence are credited on the photo credits page, with the licence under which they are used.
Accuracy of information
Rent and rate ranges published on this site are observations made across the properties and vehicles we verify ourselves. They are dated, revised, and given as an indication — they are neither an official index nor a firm offer. A firm price is only ever given in a written quote. If you find an inaccuracy, write to contact@diatigui.com: we correct it and date the correction.
Liability
Diatigui is liable for the verification work it describes and for the services it invoices. It cannot be held liable for a decision taken on the basis of the indicative information published on this site without a written quote, nor for the content of external sites linked from it.
Applicable law
This site and the services presented on it are governed by the law of the Republic of Guinea. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Conakry, failing an amicable settlement sought in good faith beforehand.
