On the eighth floor of the Kipé Plazza residence, this furnished two-bedroom apartment enjoys the light and quiet of height, in a central district of Conakry where shops, restaurants and banks are a few minutes away and the airport a short drive. The spacious lounge combines a large sofa, a wall-mounted television and big curtained windows; a glass partition opens it onto the kitchen. The dining corner, with its marble table, links the two. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, built-in microwave, extractor hood and double-door refrigerator. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a wall air conditioner and large fitted wardrobes in light wood. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower.
