No entry fee
No subscription, no file fee, no listing fee. Diatigui is paid by a commission on completed rentals, set in the contract before the first publication.

You describe your property
The form below takes a minute: property type, district, your expected price, a few photos. The rest, we see on site.

We come and see it
An on-site visit, within the week. We test power continuity, the water reserve, the connection, the guarding, and check your title of occupancy. We tell you plainly what is missing, and what it changes.

We put it online
Real photos of every room, a listing written in French and English, an argued price positioning. You approve before publication.

You follow, we manage
Every request, every rental, every amount due to you appears in your space. Diatigui handles the rest, from first contact to the check-out inspection.
What we ask for
Our clientele chooses a home for its ability to keep working when the grid does not. We only publish properties that keep that promise.
- A furnished, equipped, move-in-ready property.
- Power continuity: a generator with automatic switchover, or an equivalent solution.
- A water reserve sized for the property.
- A working internet connection.
- Security guarding or a guarded compound.
- A valid title of occupancy, so that the lease is enforceable.

Your questions
How much does the service cost?
Nothing upfront. Diatigui is paid by a commission on each completed rental, at a rate set in the contract before the first publication. The net amount due to you is shown for every rental in your space.
Who sets the rent?
You tell us your expectation; we propose an argued positioning based on the comparable properties we verify in the same district. The final decision is yours.
Does my property remain available to me?
Yes. You tell us your unavailable periods and we make no commitment on them. Between two rentals, the property is yours.
Who meets the tenants?
Diatigui. We organize viewings, have the lease signed, hand over the keys and carry out the inspections. You may be present if you wish; you never have to be.
How am I paid?
By bank transfer, at each rent due date, once the tenant's payment has been received. The detail — date, amount, rental concerned — is in your space.
What happens in case of damage?
A check-in and check-out inspection, with photographs, frames every rental. A security deposit is provided for in the lease. Our tenants are identified organizations and executives, which very strongly limits this risk.
